Anybody here favor brass over other non tox options?  I know a good number of you gents have jumped on the tungsten wagon and some have tried steel but I want to see if anybody still favors brass.

I will use lead until I'm told I can't but I have situations where I prefer my brass.

I also like this rig for night time and dirty water. I also like Brass for c -rigging. I lose way to many rigs to throw tungsten on a c-rig even though it works the best.Brass is still hard and gives a good read of the bottom.

You accompany brass weights with glass beads.

No plastic, but glass.

Carolina rigs or Texas rigs. Anything that you want to make a crawfish clicking sound.

Please make sure your beads are glass. White faceted glass beads are my favorite.

Different sinkers have different acoustic properties, I select brass over let 's say lead when I want those acoustic properties.

A sinker is not just a "sinker".  

I use brass for crigs mostly.  Every once in a while I'll use them for t rig for the reason above.  I rarely use lead on t rig or crigs anymore.
