KVD already has two fish for about 6.5lb.  Aaron Martens is fishing about 60' away from him and has two for around 8lb. (Marshalls estimates).  This Classic could turn into a real shootout 8-)

I looked at the map of the area through the link on Bassmaster site.  The vastness of that system is mind boggling. 

I couldn't imagine running that far at WOT to fish for such a short time.  I'd be a mental mess by the time I got to my spot 

Aaron Martens must have caught some big ones, just moved up from 5 and 14-5 to 21 pounds. Ike has 5 and is 7 pounds back.

I haven't read every entry in the blog but I didn't see that there was an argument between the two, just a fishing battle because they are sitting so close.  From the entries at 1:54 and 2:03 it sounds like KVD is getting irritated at spectators and is experiencing some backlashes.

There was something in there that made it sound like and arugment and that one boat may even have bumped into the other.

That's the entry at 2:03 but I thought "bumping boats" was just a figure of speech because they were so closed together.

Just listening to info on the sites and the guys are reporting in by cell phones and some of the guys are in spotty service areas.

Yes, they are "reporting" via cell phone with ABSOLUTE guestimates on fish weights.  So the ONLY thing that might be accurate is the number of fish caught and culled.

The leaderboard is a neat idea, but totally inaccurate.

Why is "Larry the Cable Guy" the new Emcee....oh my!!!! ;D
