This forum heading is strange.

I've been on this forum for a couple years now, and enjoy it very much.  However, this section has baffled me.  The description says 'Looking for sponsors..Post your resumes here.'  This to me sounds like companies go in here to look for people to add to their pro staff or have a sponsorship position available.  However, this section is just people making "suggestions" on why no company would consider you according to the resume you post.  Or griping about how you should make it on your own, and not spend time on looking for sponsors.  I'm not sure anyone gets anything out of this section.

Again, I'm sure I'm in the minority, but just thought I would throw it out there!

I get a good laugh out of it.

There is some great advice from many members in

this section. You could spend days reading through

the back pages. You will gain quite a bit of insight

on what sponsors are looking for, how to promote

yourself and write an effective resume.

I think it's easy for people to criticize and ridicule other people when it is on an impersonal forum. Now, would most of these people be negative if it was done in person? Probably not, they would probably would have words of encouragement. But on the other hand, there are cases where maybe tuff love is what is needed. I'm sure it's a dog eat dog world trying to compete to obtain sponsors.

I thought the same thing.  Worthwhile section but could use a more accurate title.  "Sponsers and Resume Advice and Questions"?
