What a day on the lake, Broke 9 pounds

Featured Replies

I just got back from Fort Bragg and a two week field problem and my deployment date is approaching faster than I care it to so every chance to fish I do.. anyways I went fishing yesterday caught 4 fish the biggest going about 4 lbs.... then went out today... WOW... what a day... I personally saw not one... but THREE 9+ pound fish caught out of the lake and saw probably another 1/2 dozen more that would have gone BIGGER... WOW... they have shocked a 16 pounder on this lake and that would leave me to believe that there is an even bigger on here... :) it was caught here on Fort Stewart... but I am not going to say which lake.

mine went a tick over 9

Wow - Really nice fish.  Keep catching those pigs as long as you can, then hurry back home and catch some more!

Thats a good sendoff to remember.

Congrats!!!!!!! And have a safe return!

Here in Texas there are a several things that we always take seriously. You brought up two that are high on my list.

Let me first say that I salute you and your service. I wish you and all of your comrades in arms God Speed, a successful mission, and a safe return. Tell your buddies in Iraq that Texas stands behind them.

Secondly, d**n!!! Nice fish!
