Have you ever made the first cast and caught a fish and felt like this is it, NO more fishies for me? That's what happened yesterday afternoon. A tiny little largemouth, but a fish non the less. (complete with squirrels in the background)

We kept fishing with my hubby catching one and I caught 2 more including this 3 1/2lb largemouth

Then, nothing so of course I start singing my goofy little song...No more fishies for me but I was adding verses like, cause I keep casting in a tree... when I caught this...

Not huge but a pretty 2 1/2 lb smallmouth! That's twice I've caught a fish while singing that silly song. Think I'll try for three!

About my personal statement, hopefully if you live long enough, you learn.  I hope no one has to learn how to live the way I did.  Those are almost the exact words my daughter said when telling me how to go on without her.  She was 17.  Thankfully, we knew and had been living life to the fullest (as much as her health would allow) for the last few years of her life.  She was a great teacher!
