I haven't fish for 2 weeks guys cause of an illness . My comeback was much better than I would ever thought.

It was windy and the spinnerbait bite was hot . I managed to catch 7 bass (all of them were above 3lbs) and lost another 5 fish.

Best part of the trip is that I manage to catch 2 lunkers  . This year due 2 the extreme low water levels , catching a lunker is rare.

Here are the pictures of the 2 biggest fish.

She weighted 5.34lbs (2420 gr). She was long and thin. When I saw her in the water I thought she was close to 7 pounds. Well, scale told different , or its being long time 2 catch someting good and I forgot how they look like  ;D

This fish weighted 4.63lbs (2100gr)

They're starting to take jerkbaits. We catch a few on topwaters but the fish are more spread out then they were a month ago. A friend of mine is catching them on cranks ( LC CB 350). Last week a 3kg (6.6lbs.) fish was caught on the Imakatsu Javallon Hard!!! I hope the bass will start to feed like mad to fatten up for winter.

I caught a few on a Megabass Vision 110 and on a LC Pointer 78SP deep diver in walleye color.

Have you had any luck on buzzbaits?

what head/hook did u use? I hope not the ones I made for u, cause I've just ordered the same frames and hooks.

today I got no bass, but 2 nice zanders. there was no wind in the morning.

I was using 5/0 owner hook , not the mustads we did together

They r great hooks, just I wasn't using trailer hooks and the bite was soft.

Don't worry for the frames and hooks u ordered , they r fine.

Hope that they will be active at the place we'll be going tomorrow - my bass fishing hiatus is almost six weeks now!
