i know a guy who uses them here during the spawn and does really well. Thats the only time he has told me he used them. i am partial to the river2sea standn yabbie awesome bait.

I know he bought some of them while we were at the Classic Expo. Freaky lookin' baits, no doubt about it.

They are great spawn baits buuuuuuuuuuuuttttt they are awesome prespawn lures. Cast them out and let them sink to the bottom. Then reel them back slowly just off the bottom. The bass can't stand them.

I bought a couple last year as well, have yet to try one.  Will have to do so this year during prespawn at Lake X. :)

I have one, Good prespawn and spawn bait as stated but other than dragging the bottom this bait has no real action.  If used as a bed bait or fished EXTREMELY slow then its not bad
