I have really focused on using a jig and it has been a blast. It takes a while to get used to the bite but I have enjoying learning. I really appreciate all the info I have read on this site about the subtle bite and techniques of jig fishing. Especially Catt. I really appreciate the advice he has posted. Thanks, Catt!!

Yesterday, I was fishing a little farm pond when I caught this rascal along a line a grass. It came on a 1/4 oz chompers jig with a rage chunk trailer in amber grn/blk

Jigs will provide a life time of memories ;)

Nice One Fiend  You're choice of jig size is the same that I use for fishing most standing grass too. The 1/4 oz doesn't bury up as much as heavier jigs and makes it much easier to work over and thru it.

Great Job. Best of luck the rest of the year!

Nice fish.  A jig sure will produce after you start getting it figured out.

Nice job. Catching bass on a jig is as good as it gets IMHO.

Great Fish!

And you've gotta love the jig bite!
