6.81 lbs. for the win.  Moved up to 4th in the club standings and hopefully secured a spot in the top six and a trip to the state 6-Man Team tournament next year.

Congratulations. I've been on our state team for the last 11 years. It's a ton of fun. We finished third in the Texas tournament last year. Going to Choke Canyon next month for this years championship.

Enjoy it.

Burley actually caught some fish?  Shocker....

Way to go, Burley.  Hope you make it to the State Tourney.

I've got faith in you. Do your map study, Internet searches, put in the time on the water, and contact local intelligence to keep you over the hump.

Don't be satisfied with number 3 or 4, keep your sites on the few above you and let them know you are coming.

Good luck, and keep us updated as you make the move.

Hey congrats man! Good job!  You look like Bill Dance with the "T" hat and all.  But I wouldn't go showing off the hicky you gave that bass on the far right.  That's just TMI man!

There's no chance of me making it to second or first.  I have to miss our next tournament and the two after that are on lakes where I've never caught many fish.  Anyway, they're too far ahead to make up that much ground on them.  We have three drops and their three lowest scores are higher than my three lowest (currently 40-45-0).

I'll be glad with anything but 6th.  ;)

Hey BL, did you foul-hook all of those fish or just the one on the right?

WTG Burley...keep it up

Don't cut yourself short. A 20# sack or two can do wonders. Make friends with a couple of hot shot locals. They might just put you on a few. I had a 19lb lead going into the last tournament back in 1998 and one of our members sitting in 3rd or 4th busted a one day 34# sack that killed me for the club championship. He was the last one i would have even worried about. It can happen if you get on the right fish.

Congrats!!  Good luck!!
