Hi gang. Another new member on the block.  I'm down in Georgia and starting back fishing after a 20 year break.  I never really bass fished much the first time around but that's mainly what I'm interested in this time.  Used to troll for crappie, set trot lines, and go after bream in the summer.  My wife bought me a fishing kayak for Christmas (got it a few weeks early) and I'm having a ball getting back in the swing.  I've had it in the water about four times now.  It is a Outback by Hobie and has a pedal mechanism that allows me to fish while I troll the banks without having to deal with the paddle.  I've got a Hummingbird Piranah Max mounted and it works great looking through the hull.  I've caught a few bass, including one today, so I'm really looking at picking up so good tips from the members here.  I've got a lot to learn about bass fishing and this looks like a good place to fast track.  I fish trolling boat only lakes around my home.  I don't trust myself in choppy water where i would have to deal with power boat wakes...I'm not as agile as I once was.  Anyway, hello and Happy New Year to all.
