I was at fishing camp in Kalamazoo MI, and for our last day, we went to KVD’s pond! He signed a Rapala crank bait and a Zebco 33 that the fish camp handed out, but the Rapala is missing :(. I met him, and he was a nice guy! And I caught my Pb at the time!

  • Well in the TV shows I had bit parts...no speaking roles.  In the movies I was a working extra.  So yes in TV you can see me really good and know it is me, cause I have lots of camera time.  In the mo

I have a rod signed by Jimmy Houston and a hat signed by Dean Rojas after he set the one day 45 pound record at Toho.  I don't believe they have any real value other than to me.  I also have a copy of

I worked for a bunch of different sports guys over the years. Canseco, Walt Weiss, Merton Hanks,  a Raider lineman (Bubba something, losing my mind), and Brent Jones.

Brent Jones was the nicest of the lot . Just a real guy.  It never occurred to me to ask for autographs.

Some real weirdness working with egos is all I'll say about some of the encounters.

I do have some autographs on 1967 Topps baseball cards from Oakland A's that were at a neighborhood QuikStop when we were kids on bikes.  Why they (Sal Bando, Gene Tenace) were promoting at a small convenience store I have no idea, lol.  And I was (am) a Giants fan.

OT Fears is on Facebook and responds to autograph request. I got him to sign some crankbaits and trading cards. I love the look of the autographed crankbaits.

I've got a ton of autographs. Randy Howell, Jimmy Houston, Ott Defoe, Chris Lane, Brad Knight, Woo Daves, Edwin Evers, Gary Klein, Rick Clunn, Johnny Morris and Shaw Grigsby to name a few.

I have autographed, Triton, and Bass hats that are signed by the likes of Bill Dance, Forest Wood, Earl Bentz, Johnny Morris and some others. They're all autographed to Jimmy Holt, legendary, Tennessee, bass fisherman And inaugural entrant into the Hall of Fame along with Roland Martin and others. Jimmy was also the  first ever on the cover of Bassmaster magazine in 1968. I also have some super old fishing lures from Jimmy as well. I'm not sure if they're worth anything or if I even want to part with them but would  be interested to know..

I collect books.  Quite a few times I have bought a used copy on an online marketplace, and it turns out to have been signed --

Denny Brauer wished a previous owner best of luck in the inside cover:

Tony Bean apparently signed the front cover of this one:

I believe the Lindners signed all copies of thier re-issue of "Catching Fisn":
