what do you guys fish from like 11:00am to 2:00pm and how do you fish it? thanks

Normally, that time is when I start throwing my T-rigged soft plastics, the big C-rigs, or the deep diving crankbaits.  That is, during the summer time.

During the spring and fall, I will throw almost anything.

During winter, I will throw a Rat-L-Trap, or perhaps a suspending jerkbait that I fish really slowly.  

It really depends on what the fish are doing and what conditions I'm fishing in.

Not too long ago I might have been fishing a c-rig or cranking deeper by 11. Especially if I didn't get much of a morning bite. However, if the sun is up I might be hitting the shade pockets with something t-rigged or a senko.

The other day we used buzzbaits all day long.

I just try to tune into the conditions and see what the fish are doing.

Weighted tube, Kreature, Hula Grub or Kut-Tail in deeper water.

All but one of my 10 lb bass have been caught between 10 AM and 2 PM on the hottest, brightest, bluebird days of summer on a 6" Senko. This year, as the summer heated up, I had better luck with tubes. Specifically, Micro Munch Tackle's El Gordo in black neon, T-rigged (unpegged).

If water temps are not really high, I will throw a buzzbait and a fluke all day.....If i have fish roll on them or miss the bait, I have a white senko that i cast and let sink then I shake the rod tip vigorously for 5-10 seconds then let it fall again, 8 out of 10 times the fish will knock the fire out of the senko.

Depends on the conditions and on what the fish are doing.

Bright sunny day with little or no wind I'll fish deeper water , more than likely I'll be throwing something t-rigged, c-rigged, pitching jigs to shady spots, or weeds next to deeper water.

If it's overcast with a decent wind I'll fish shallow cover, weeds, wood, bridge pillings and shady pockets. I'll try lures that cover a lot of water.

Spinnerbaits, shallow crankbaits, buzzbaits and topwaters.

I try to fish the conditions and cover more than just picking a lure and start chunking and winding.

t-rigged worm with just enough weight to get it to the bottom without gunking up.  Right now I like the Robo worm. Fish slow.
