Retired as of today(3-24-06)

Featured Replies

Today was my last day as a public school coach and teacher.Got about $100 worth of fishing gear as gifts from teachers(some that I can actually use!).I'll have a month of freedom to fish before I start my new job.I'm in the running for the head football coach and AD at a local private school, and I'll probably get it.The private school league is about like the jr. high football at my 5a school that I retired from,so it should be a pretty easy gig.You guys pray for me that I land the job(cuz it pays REALLY well). Thanks in advance.Tight Lines,RR

Congratulations on your retirement, and good luck in your next career.  :)

GOOD FOR YOU!!!

Hope you get the new gig too!

I myself have another 15 to go........

So I hope I live at least another 45 years and get to enjoy it, or get "oldtimers disease" within the next few and don't give a "*****".

Go catch a lunker with that new gear.

Are you sure you want us to pray for to find a job???

Won't that interfere with your fishing time?

LOL Best of luck buddy,

you deserve good things.

what a Great time it is for you.  and, thank you for sharing it with us.

and, from one semi-retiree to another  ....here's an open invitation to come to eastern SC at any time & enjoy the river & lake fishing just inland from the coast.

Well done, RR!

Remember, if you coach again, that all truly gifted athletes belong at OU!

Congratulations.

You did say "retired" and not "reel-tired" because that would be absolutely horrible :).  Kudos to you and good luck!
