Hello Everyone,  I recently stumbled across this forum and had to join, it is a mecca of information!  Great Site!  How many of you catch your fish in the Southeast?  I'm about as far Southwest Florida as you can get.  The closest river to me goes by the name of Blackwater, and it does not have that great of a reputation for bass fishing, but most people dont know where to find them!  Here is a 4.5lber i caught a few days ago right before a front came through!

Might be the first to say WELCOME to the Forum! I know they had to draw lines somewhere (they put Tenn. and Fla. in the same area). Fishing probably couldn't more different...

I get lost with all the new people around here, but they always seem to turn out like the right people for this forum.  Welcome, dude, and I hope you learn as much as I do around here!

Nice fish and welcome aboard.

Welcome! Its nice to see a fish like that coming from the Blackwater. My Daughter lives in Milton and every time I go to visit my Grandkids I wonder if I should take my jon boat. I guess now I will.
