Zoom trick and finesse

Featured Replies

How do you fish your zoom trick and finesse worm?

weightless t-rig, shakey head, or on an ikey head.  I think I will try it on a c-rig this year too.

I've always had luck on the finesse worms Watermelon Red with a very light line and weightless but sometimes the shakey head will work as well.

Last year I started using them as floating worms (weightless T-Rig) in white.  I was actually thinking about starting a thread to see how else to use them.  I've picked up a few 1/4 oz Spot Remover Pros, and I'm thinking of getting some lighter original Spot Removers.

I fish both of them wacky and weedless wacky style as my primary presentation. Occasionally I'll use them on a shakey head.

One pond that I fish has some thick vegitation around the edges and I use the finesse worm with a heavy bullet sinker to punch through the weeds and it works great.

Don't ever put a nail in the rear end and skip it under trees and docks or drop into holes in weeds and pads. The bass don't like it that way. :)

The trick worm floats so I fish it weightless on top.

I fish both T-Rig, weightless, or with a very light bullet weight.

For the guys who like using the Trickworms weightless, you really ought to give *** 6" Floater a try. It's similar in action to the Trickworm, but with a much slower fall since it's an actual floating worm. The 'Wat Happened?' color worked rather well for me in the late summer/early fall, and I'm sure it'll work just as well this spring...maybe even better.

<---This one was caught using on a Floater, twitching it over the little lilly pads and letting it fall into the holes.

Doh! :D I'm ordering more right now...along with a couple other things that have worked for me in the past year. :D

ETA: If you guys haven't ordered from Brent yet, you need to. The products work great, the prices are fantastic, and the service is even better. How many other dealers would take the time to let their customers know when they're running out of their favorite color? Thanks Brent.  :)

Thanks for all the replies, I plan on using them this season. I hope it produces as well as everyone loves them.
