I wonder if they are going to close the one here in Lexington KY?  Is so that just leaves dicks and 2 1/2 hrs to BPS

The ONLY good thing to this is the great sales that they will run! The bait monkey will be happy!

I"m crossing my fingers that they close down our Sportsmens.... besides the hot girls that work there, they are pretty much useless.

They are closing 2 stores in Idaho, but the one closest to me is going to stay open.  There will be one within 45 min and another one 1 1/2 hours away.  The ones that are an hour and 2 hours away will be closed.

Two new stores in the Memphis metro, both appeared to be very successful, both are closing.

That's lame!!

I travel to Memphis for work a few times a year and went to both of them when I was there to see what deals they had.  Now I'll only have BPS to visit, which isn't nearly as good as Sportsman's Warehouse.

That's a shame as SW was like BPS to GM's WalMart.

GM's prices are  ;Dable.

Well that sucks!!!! I loved going to that store...they have a very nice fishing section. Have they even been open 2 years yet?

Thats also where I would go when my wife was shopping at the mall!

I've never visted one of these, but Dick's is a crappy alternative. Only thing I've ever found there was  PFlueger on sale. Good luck with BPS being 2 1/2 hours away.  Buy online with free shipping.

I live in Winchester and I hope they stay open but I wouldnt mind a big sale either. ;D

Word on their site is the Lexington store isnt one getting closed.

Here is the list of stores that may get closed.
