i just wanted to thank everyone for the informative advice and all the reading i have done on this forum for the past 6 months.  it has finally paid off!!!!  i was out at the Little Miami River in Cincinnati, Ohio this past weekend and landed my 1st and 2nd fish.  the first one was a crappie and the second was a Small Mouth.  I was using a square Bomber Fat A lure.  before i caught the crappie i was getting a lot of hits by them on this lure.  i could see in the water and crappie were coming from every direction.  it was crazy.  but only one bass though.

it definitley changes the attitude!!!!!! bring on number 3!!!!  ;D

This is the start of something great.

Oh Yeah!  It's like a shot of the best drug you ever had.  The feeling I get when I land a nice one, ho man, indescribable.

Go get um but understand, sometimes they ain't gonna get got.  And that's a part of it's attraction as well.

People that don't love fishing?  I just don't understand.  Maybe they never caught one.
