I'm from eastern mass and and have been fishing since age 4 in western maine for monster smallmouths. My preferred techniques are soft plastics (especially senkos), topwater, and any type of fishing involving light finesse baits. I've also been flyfishing for mainly trout for about 2 years now. I'm looking to get into cankbaits a little more considering that that is my weakest area. My largest fish to date are a 6 1/2 pound smallie out of the rangeley region in western maine, a 9 1/2 pound largemouth bass from my secret cape cod pond, and a 23 inch rainbow from up north.
