Newbie--from Kansas

Featured Replies

Hi guys...Newbie here

I'm a die hard finesse fisherman. I probably haven't thrown a spinner, crankbait or any other reaction lure in 5 years. I live to catch smallies and largemouth on 6-10 lb test spinning gear. I'm a Loomis nut...with too much money wrapped up in rods than I would care to admit. I live for early spring, late fall and winter fishing. If the water temp's are in the 40's or even lower I can be found dragging split-shot tube rigs or fishing tiny finesse jigs (my favorite) or any other form of ultra finesse bait...probably on Seaguar Inviz-X flourocarbon, which I highly reccomend trying if you haven't.

I've been on a month long fishing bender...alienating friends and family...and ticking my girlfriend off to no end. I look forward to picking up and sharing some good info on this site...and if anyone's interested I'm selling a Loomis BSR 802 rod over on the Flea Market Forum.

I look forward to hearing from you guys...tight lines to all.
