to match with a symetre 2500 or daiwa exceler 2500. This rod should be an excellent range caster, be light, and  sensitive. Suggestions please.

St. Croix Avid AS66MF or 70MF

Now, if you want to kick it up a couple of notches, my smallmouth rod is a G.Loomis GLX PR844S.

Shimano Clarus CSS X66 M the X makes it a 70/30 split the tip is very soft with lots of backbone at the 2/3's. One of the best rods I've had. Theres also a CSS X68M thats a great rod.

Another vote for the Crucial CRS-66M or a CPS-66m Compre. I have both and for the price and warranty they are great.

I'm a St. Croix guy, so i'm gonna have to say the St. Croix Avid 66mf

You can't beat the Kistler MgTBWWMH610S for a great all around rod.  They are also comming out with a 7' Mg Medium action spinning rod if you like the long sticks.
