Good one !!! I am confused though. Why are you giving it up this time of year. If there is no ice---fish !!!! Most of my 5lb plus's over the years have been in Nov, Dec and Jan here. The colder the water, the easier they are to find. JMO. I am talking river fishing though. Again, nice fish to go out on !!!---Jim

I just got back from Bay of Quinte off lake Onrario the week before thansgiving. Big water, windy & cold. My home water is Lake erie. I pick & choose  my days in the late fall based on the wind. I have fished in big waves but I prefer not to. My best fishing for big bass is in the spring prespawn. I wished the late fall was as predictable as the spring.
