OK, so the front or back TP debate gave me the idea to share this. Anyone else notice that over the last year or two that TP rolls are narrower by a 1/2 inch or so? I have also noticed that some manufacturers (Quilted Northern did for awhile) have made their cardboard rolls bigger in diameter, while some others are rolling the paper less tightly. Who do they think they are fooling?

Have you noticed girl scout cookies have less in each row too? It is pretty obvious, the box is the same size but not as many cookies!?!?!?!?

Breyer's ice cream now comes in a smaller container, but they charge the same price.

I've noticed it on everything from canned vegetables (14-15 oz. now instead of 16) to pop tarts (WM brand package is still the same and tarts are shorter). I just wish they would raise the price and not try and fool us into thinking we are buying the same amount. More that come to mind are bacon (12 oz. instead of 16) and coffee.

Bring back the TP of yore.

If food is being packaged smaller, then consumption is less. If consumption is less then of course the end result will be smaller "fudge brownies" (not to be confused with Girl Scout cookies) hence smaller TP. That was easier to figure out than that algebra problem in the other thread.

I would have to assume you're not on a septic system. Charmin is the WORST thing you can add to a septic tank. It turns to tarry sludge and will not do your system any good at all. I've seen proof of this.

I don't know what type of church you attend but mine has pews that do not have holes in the bottom of them.
