I recently sent two spinning reels into DVC for routine service. Mike gave me a quick turn around with more than adequate email info about receiving them, projected finish time & when they would be shipped back.. Just a heads up for any one needing real service for their reels. He gives a 10% discount for bass resource members too. :thumbsup4:
