Hula grubs, twin tail grubs, plastic craws, brush hogs, pretty much any bait you want you can fish on them.

Check out the Hardy tack craw from netbait, its a really cool little craw bait that when rigged right has the appendages in the rear trailing the bait along the bottom kicking up silt, I have used it a couple times this year rigged on a football jig, and is a producer!
