i have been fishing at my local pond and can't catch anything. it has islands in the middle of the pond. i have tried the jig, spinnerbait, and wacky rig. i am thinking that there aren't any bass in the pond. but i have heard that there people have caught them. so i went to just texas rigging a 11 or 12 in powerbait worm. i dragged it for five hours and didn't get any thing. i couldn't use frogs or anything top water beacause don't have the money to get any right know. but can't go fishing right know it's snowing. does any one have tips that i could use to catch more fish i am 13 years old and have been fishing since i was born so i know many techinques and is still learning. but could someone just give me tips on what to do
