Rage Tail Smokin Roosters are in and mine will be shipped tomorrow.

I highly recommend these baits. The swimming action is outstanding and they produce very well T-rigged, C-rigged or weightless.

I ordered the Okeechobee craw color because that is all they had in stock but I have 3 other colors on back order.

I suppose yall want to know where I ordered mine from. Ok, I'll tell you next week . Just kidding. Tackle Warehouse has them but only one color.

Trust what I am saying and BUY a few packs. I very RARELY endorse a particular product but these baits are OUTSTANDING....

Now go get ya some .

Yes and I was very impressed.  I limited out with them during a tournament but didn't cash.

I have also fished this bait and I will also vouch that it has amazing action and is an amazing bait.  I had a few packs on pre order as well that should be getting here soon.  TW also has the rest of the new rage line up in as well.

How are they rigged? Tx,c rig, weightless? Would they be better for flippin and pitchin?

I have done well throwing it texas rigged, with a 1/8 - 1/4 weight (no peg). Also did very well with a 1/8oz swimbait keel hook. These things are fairly big and bulky as is.  They kill this thing on a keel weight swimming through grassy weeds.

My very first time throwing a Rooster, I caught a 5lb 1oz bass. I rigged it Tx rigged with a 1/8oz TT weight, and just slowly hopped it along. I was using a Green Pumpkin Rooster, and they are SMOKIN'!!!

I was rigging mine T-rig with a 1/8 TT weight, unpegged and weightless. I lost'em all before I could do some experimenting .

I will definitely try flipping with these baits as soon as I get them.

I think you will find it a very versitile bait and as mentioned previously, T-rig, C-rig or swimbait style weightless or with weighted hook over grass will git'r'dun. I have one rigged for flipping everytime I fish and it has terrific ability to fish similar to a swim jig with steady lift-drop-retrieve motion.

Was fishing a tournament and my partner had some prototypes of these baits, they look interesting and seem like they would work well behind a rig.
