I need a new set of jigs and was wondering what brands as far flipping, swimming, and finesse. Also some trailer style recommendations and colors for the jigs and trailers. I was thinking about getting about 4 of each.

Well I would check out the booyah brand of jigs. There the only jigs I use. But for tailers I use any thing that is cheap. But i have heard thet uncle josh are real good. So hope this helps you.

Try Bass stalker Jigs
they are on www.unclejosh.com/
their head design make them fall so slow and stand up on the botton
as for a trailer I use zoom chunks

I have used this jig for 3 years now. Its a great thick milfoil jig. I will say the skirts are getting worse every year I buy them, getting cheaper, but the jighead and hook components are still the same. Ivan http://www.allterrai...s/grassjig.html

I hate jigs out of all the ones I tried the only one of mine that would work consistantly was Manns Stone Jig.

Check out the jigs from www.conquistadortackle.com The shirts are attached with wire instead of a rubber band and the colors are amazing. I also like to use Reaction Innovations Beavers for trailers.
That rug tied the room together did it not?

Muddy, those fall into the floating jig category. 
Booyah makes some good jigs that are not too expensive. The Boo Jigs are good for flipping/pitching/casting, the Baby Boo and Boo Bugs are good finesse jigs and the Swim'n Jigs are awesome swim jigs. All have sharp hooks, good heads and weedguards and many colors to choose from.

One of my favorite production jigs is an eakins. These are the ones I used mostly before making my own. Now I make all of mine.

I've still yet to find a jig I am totally happy with.
I have tried virtually all of the ones mentioned so far, except the bassstalkers and I have a few of them on the way.
So far my favorite is the terminator pro's secret.

i don't hate the others but i'll second the vote for the stone jig. i have 5 more on the way.I hate jigs out of all the ones I tried the only one of mine that would work consistantly was Manns Stone Jig.
