  1. nice fish!! Looks like a great time.
  2. Went out to fish from the dock early 6:30am. Nothing was really biting the usual c-rig. I notice there was a brief overcast and breeze so I tossed the spinner under the trees along the bank and caught a this lil guy. That was it. Sunday I didn't catch anything. No bites, I ran out of Ideas and was tired from the night before so I left early. Not a great weekend of fishing but much better than last week when I lost my PB on a bonehead move. Can anyone tell me what plays a role in bass coloring. This fish seemed to be much darker than my others earlier this season.
  3. do bass suck it up off the bottom? Maybe the reason I can't catch fish on a jig is because I think It has to be off the bottom for them to hit it.?
  4. I had the jack Daniel last week. It was good, just seemed a little watery/thin.
  5. that is a pig, but would some one please put a helmet on that kid and get him to a football field.

I live in an area of this capitalistic country where the almight dollar rules. Who has the fastest most expensive car, Who owns the biggest house. This is why I choose to take my $30 pflugar Gold medalist, and $30 Abu Cardnal rod fishing ALONE.

    CONGRATS!!!!!
  10. Donnie Warren was my high school security guard. Big guy. Kind of a jerk, but that probably had something to do with the fact I was always getting into trouble.
  11. Dude, don't worry about what other people think. You've got a very handsome pup.
  12. albino oscar crazy that you catch all these pet fish.
  13. LOVE the boxer. awsome dog
  14. BR is a place I come to hone my skills as a fisherman, while things are slow (or maybe not so slow) at work. I have learned SO MUCH here, from tying knots to defining water clarity in order to choose the right lure. I can't thank BR and it's moderators enough.
  15. No but thats funny. ;D when entering the signature address put it between the image code bracket things. It won't let me post it because it thinks its a picture.
  16. HAIL VICTORY!!!!!
  17. Alot of pitbulls do become dog agressive as they mature. Its in there blood after decades of doing what they were trained to do. Doesn't mean its a horrible thing. Just have to be responsible in knowing that. Some pits do fine with other animals, for instance Lola loves cats. But I would never leave her alone with one. I belong to a pitbull forum, where I have met people who have left their dogs alone together, returned home to find one of them dead. Sad story but it opens alot of peoples eyes. If my pup is unsupervised, she is in the crate. She is a great dog, never bitten anyone, or anything, but I understand what she is, and the history of her breed. Im sorry to hear you had to get rid of yours, but if I lived with a chihuahua I'd probably attack it too. YAP YAP YAP YAP YAP. Just kidding.

  22. sorry, had to bump the thread. I love dogs. Here's Lola again. All this time I figured she was dreaming of chasing squirels. Her pup pic
  23. J, I JUST got rid of my corn snake that looked just like yours. I didn't have a whole lot of time to handle it, and it started getting aggressive. but they're fun little things. yours it a beaut, just make sure you give it the time it deserves.
