I can run up a cold muddy creek and pitch a jig and fish a spinnerbait around brush. Then go out into the main lake and drop-shot or shakey head in deep clear water.

I witnessed some have this problem in a tourney on Sunday and a few minutes later is happened to me. One time my buddy had just tied on a LC trap, and first cast it busted in the spool and went flying, then a little while later it happened to me. I was wondering the same, could it be the cold weather. We were also both using fluoro. :-/

It was awsome! Great turn-out and some great guys. Can't wait until next years. I have a 97 40 hp on the back of my Tracker. Just replaced the starter last year and thats it. Great motor and very reliable. Hate know-it all neighbors. :
