I have messed with both. And would take a Carrot Stix over a Croix anyday. Lighter and MUCH more sensitive. For my jigs I now use a Carrot Stix LTX MH in 6'9" and 7'3".

You can find much better ones than these two.

LMAO, you "Spygate" people need to get some new dirt on the Pats. It has gotten old, that game was 17 WINS ago. So who here would acctually not support their favorite team if they were 18-0 heading into the Superbowl but were caught cheating the FIRST game of the year? And if you say you wouldn't you are full of it. : Anyway, Pats need to step it up. In the second half of the season they have not played as well as the first. If they play like they did against the Giants last time, they will get beat this time. They have been a little lucky.

My thoughts as well. The only companies I'am truely loyal to are Abu Garcia because of their reels durability and there customer service and Triple Fish mono, best line for the price. I prefer certain things over others but if I like it, I will buy it. The only company I refuse to buy any more products from is St.Croix for reasons I won't get into.

They played that in the arena in Hot Springs and I have been trying to find it ever since.
