  1. Good job out there on the quan, those are some nice fish.
  2. Great job out there, those areas are very productive most days. Looks like you had a great day out there.
  3. Congrats on catching that beautiful fish.
  4. Love using them (watermelon red & candy craw) for flippin and pitchin.
  5. WTG bassinsergeant, life doesn't get mmuch better than that. The two of you catching big hawgs and new PBs is sweet.
  6. Big O, you can count on me and the other members of TEAM RAGETAIL to help out New Angler. All he has to do is ask and we will be glad to help him out with the baits.

I do not believe that the bait would provide the same action or water disbursement using the 3x plastic as it does now, but that is just my opinion.
  8. I agree, if you don't have confidence in a bait then don't use them.
  9. Here is a 5lb 8oz caught locally in Northern Virginia on a Rage Tail Lobster. I have many more I can post but it is the same thing, hawgs being caught on Rage Tail baits right here in Northern Virginia.
  10. Here is another Rage Tail big ole hawg caught by my future son in-law when we taught him how to fish. This was his first day bass fishing and he caught this pig 5lbs 6ozs on a Rage Tail lizard. New Angler, if you want some help with the baits let me know, we are practically neighbors.
  11. We were fishing a trophy lake in Virginia and tearing it up with craws, baby craws, shad lizard and a few other Rage Tail baits. One of the guys in my boat tossed a Rage Craw and caught this big ole hawg by slowly dragging the craw off a drop off and into a deep hole. Needless to say this fish was a true trophy 8lbs 6ozs. This person had only been bass fishing for a couple of weeks peior to catching this hawg. I have many other stories and pictures but this is one of the recent ones. I have thrown all of my other plastics away and I only use Rage Tail baits because they catch fish and most times better quality fish.
  12. Rage Toads and shad, reel them in and let them fall into the holes in the grass. Hack attack jigs, punchthe mats with Rage craws or lobsters as trailers.
  13. I agree, it used to be about sharing information, but that was a few years ago.
  14. Do yourself a favor, return it and get your money back.
  15. Three words: Baby Rage Craw Thes Baby Rage Craw pairs up perfectly with KVD swim jigs, I have been cleaning up with that combo almost any place I throw it. The Rage Tail baits match up well with the color of the swim jigs since they are both manufactured by Strike King.
  16. My biggest from this lake is a 6.25lb, there are some under water points when fished properly will reward anglers with a hawg. I have caught 5 fish over 5lbs here and at least 25 between 3 & 4 pounds.
  17. Big O recommends that you keep them in the clam shells so you get the best action possible (Real Action Guaranteed Every time).
  18. When is the Zac Brown Band playing?
  19. I would have to say Big O, let me explain why. Last weekend we were fishing a lake and could not find any big fish. We spoke to Big O on the phone while on the water and he told us where to look for the big fish, what bait to throw and how to fish it. The end result was an 8lb 6oz LMB being caught by one of the guys in my boat.
  20. Congrats those are some nice smallies.
  21. Shane, if we get rain like they are talking about the river will be heavy stained to muddy. You will need presentations that make vibrations in the water that the bass can detect. Chatterbaits or swim jigs with the Rage craws or lobsters should perform well. The big fish of the tournament came from the Bolling Air Force Base docks last year and it was caught flipping a space monkey. The docks at the mouth of the Anacostia and in the back of the Washington Channel also performed well. The Petagon lagoon, the rip rap at the airport should also perform well. There is also a water discharge pipe from the Alexandria power plant that may be holding fish.
  22. Steve, is Mallows Bay hard to navigate?
  23. Rage Tail Baby Craw.
  24. Were you fishing with someone or alone? If you had someone with you they just need to sign the paperwork stating that they confirmed your measurement of the fish in question. You can only certify a fish by weight at VDGIF approved locations.
