  1. Yea RW, that was the best day of fishing I have ever had... I will never forget it.
  2. 8 1/2 on the eliminator!
  3. Just moved here in November. I haven't done any fishing yet but plan on it soon. I'm in the Yelm,WA area.
  4. That's awesome CJ. There's nothing better then fishing with your number 1 fishing buddy.
  5. My personal favorite way to fish the Eel is also the C-Rig and as stated above, you can either work it like a normal c-rig or just a slow retrieve. I have had alot of success both ways. I have also caught fish using a keel weighted hook and just swimming it along. You also need to make sure that you are hooking it right. That can make a big difference in how it runs. Check out ragetail.com and it will show you exactly how to rig all of the baits.
  6. If it was me I would be dragging the eel every chance i got carolina rigged. I have caught fish with every color. I love that bait!!!!!!!! I have also had allot of luck t-rigging the the craw and also carolina rigging the anaconda. you can go to ragetail.com for more info on each bait and rigging instructions.
  7. Ever since i was intorduced to the Rage tail Eeliminator I have loved it. I have caught fish dragging it on the bottom Carolina Rigged all the way to swimming it on top. Not only has the eeliminator been very successful for me but I have also wore the fish out on the craw and the anaconda. I was at Pickwick about a month ago and we caught over 100 fish a day on a T-Rigged craw. This past weekend I caught my PB on the eeliminator and my son also caught his. I thought that it was awesome when I caught my 8 pounder but when my son caught his that was over 5 i was all smiles and he was too!!! I have found my favorite bait and i think my son has to. Here is the pics of the PB's.
  8. Here's the one's that wouldn't fit.
  9. Well I had no problem this past weekend in Georgia with the Rage Tail product. I love the Eel and have loved it ever since i was introduced to it. Not only did we catch alot of fish but my son and i both caught our new PB's with it this weekend. We were dragging it carolina rigged over muddy bottom with scattered rock. We also caught several fish with a T-Rigged craw and carolina rigged anaconda. Here are a few pic's.
  10. Looks like you guy's had fun. It really excites me to see this post. I will be moving to Fort Lewis sometime later this year and i have been wondering how the fishing is up there. I'm really looking forward to it now.
  11. I can say that Tom did have an adventure down there but It was great meeting him and fishing with him. I had a blast. I know everyone is asking for his pic's and I will have them to him tonight. I may be in the Army but that does not mean I know how to upload pic's from my camera to the computer. I'm waiting on my wife to do that but I can tell you one thing.. They are some beautiful fish!!!!
