Another thing to consider is the amount of weight you will be hauling around. If your boat is full of gear than you might want a bit more horsepower, rather if its just you a small tackle box and one rod. The choice however is up to you.

Don't give up ever, and keep a possitive attitude. Try throwing a different lure, on a spot you wouldn't normally fish, ya know mix things up a bit. Good luck, and always take it one fish at a time.
