Check the rules. You may be required to have a working livewell that will keep a limit of fish alive and in good shape. If your boat will pass the tournament specs and is safe for the body of water you will be fishing on you have every right to fish. Don't worry about any talk about the boat. Just be safe, take good care of your catch, and if everything else will pass muster, go enjoy yourself. His name is George Johnson, a past professional basketball player for the old Baltimore team and a stint with the Houston Rockets. he stands 6'11 1/2". Maybe I could introduce you to him one day. Matt fly has been around a long time and never been acused of that. Tons of information and answers from him that you couldn't even speak on. Plenty of ways to get a point across without that. Probably doesn't even matter to him. He'll continue to fish without a license and just pay the fine when he gets caught(If ever). I havn't been checked on Rayburn or toledo in years. It you pick your lakes chances are you will never get caught. Pleading guilty was probably the first honest move he's made in years. I totally agree he just didn't start doing this, but you have to prove it and that will be impossible to do unless he admits to it and that ain't gonna happen. There's talk of the guys filing civil suits to try to recover the money he may have stolen in other tournaments. The cost will be more than any money that could be recovered. Plus, they could never prove it.

He owns his own business. house foundation repair. He will more than likely get to serve it on the weekends or possibly at night from 7-7 maybe. I agree it seems a little lacking in the punishment, but remember, he is an outdoorsman and now cannot carry a gun. Have no idea of his lifestyle, but there will be no going to the bars or traveling out of state w/o consent. the probation carries a lot of extra penalities other than just the fine. He will be required to pay the fees for the Texas Department of Public Safety(Highway Patrol), Woodsey Owl, monthly probation fees and more. not enough, but more than i figured he would get.

Trying to figure out how a lure that does not produce could be a favorite. You shouldn't have any kind of favorite. Lures are nothing but a tool. Just as a screw driver is set for a specific job, a lure is set to do a specific job. You'll catch more fish if you quit playing favorites.

What type of seats are you referring to? If you are referring to generic fold-down seats, then yes, you can likely find replacements cheaper than the cost to reupholster them. If you are referring to upholstered bench seats common in bass boats, then it is often cheaper to swap them out with generics or have them reupholstered rather than buying new seats skins from the manufacturers. If you're considering replacing a bench check out http://www.boatingseats.com/scripts/bassboatchoice.asp I (with help from my wife) just reupholstered the bench seat bottoms of a Ranger for cheap money. I considered it a temporary measure because I didn't want to buy new seats until I was sure the motor was 100%. I just took the seats apart re-wrapped the bottoms with marine grade vinyl that matched the color. They didn't come out too bad. I might leave them that way for awhile, even though the motor is running well. I put a set of their seats in my skeeter last fall. High quality and their service was great.

You need to grow a set. Get over it and let him lead his life as he wishes. You may not be as close as you think ya'll are. A little relief from you might be his best medicine. I guess you've never heard of a destination wedding. Of course they are legal. Done every day.

Totally agree! It's amazing (to some) how well the ladies do when they get to fish the same lakes at the same time as the men. I would've loved to have seen the elite series fish the same schedule the WBT did. The weights would have been just as low. : Exactly, they were put on lakes at the last minute due to circumstances out of their control, and during off peak times of the year. Anyone would have had problems putting together a decent string of fish.

i wish I could help you, but I have been over on toledo and Rayburn for the last four weeks. Don't have a clue as to what's hapening up there right now. Need to get back up there(And I will next week) to try to figure them out. Leaving thursday evening for sam Rayburn and will be back on sunday evening. By tuesday I'll be up at conroe and maybe can give you a heads up. good luck this weekend

just take you something like a screw driver and short across the post of the solenoid and that will tell you whether the motor is bad. also, if it runs up and down when you short across replace the solenoid switches and you should be good to go. Happened twice over the years with me. Took a couple of minutes to see which if any were bad.

If that's the case be sure to replace the gasket or o-ring which ever it has.

If it works at all count yourself lucky. Half are junk, poor design, and your better off watching your GPS. At least it won't be off 10 MPH like 80% of the new ones straight from the factory.
