ok guys, it''s educate FishinDaddy time. On Google maps, coming out of More Haven is a trail headed almost due north towards Monkey Box/Dynamite Pass. Is that open and passable? Also I keep hearing "7 mile ditch" and don't know where that is. I just got a fishing hot spots map and don't see it.

I am just scratching the surface of using my 11198 effectively and could not live without it. I can't wait to get good at using it.

The girls don't normally fish early so I will most likely be by myself in the mornings. Maybe we could get a pack a boats together and get on some big ones. Getting pictures and video of everybody slammin fish would be cool.

A buddy of mine, who is a guide, and I fished in flip flops and shorts today. If you wind up in the Kissimmee/Toho area I can get you hooked up.

Riverhills is upstream of the dam so no salt problems. You will get your feet wet launching though. Tommy fishes that end but I like launching at Fowler. It's a very peaceful day even if you don't catch a lot.

<<<<<------------------ That one is a 7 that Taylor caught last year. She is 6' tall. I would say 4-5 and a young healthy fish. The head is still small for a 5 lber and she should gain two pounds a year for the next few years. The dark tan tell me she is a resident shallow fish, meaning she lives right where you caught her and not likely to leave on her own. Catch her again next year and she will be a 7.
