I did a search on a lake close to my house and it brought another forum site simmular to this one but alot worse. It had some pictures of some fish caught at this lake so I joined to get some info on the lake, that was two days ago and the only post to that site was made today and it wasnt even an answer to my question. Yeah I got the Email on that it was supposidly a bust in Mexico and the guy was supposidly a truck driver running drugs over the boarder to the US.

I bought a bunch of jigs and the weedless part sticks out past the hook point a quarter of an inch maybe less. Will this effect my hook set any? Do you trim it down or leave it like that? Thanks FisherDave

Thats what I needed I was going to buy one that folds up on the deck but I have a hard time spending more money on a trolling motor than I did for the whole boat. Plus I think that thing would have been a little much for my boat. Thanks FisherDave

I am young so it might sound wierd hearing it from me but the kids and young adults are nothing but spolled brats that dont have any respect for anyone or themselves. I am 24 yrs of age have a family that I support on my own no hand outs from anyone and not any help from anyone and I am sure there are others out there like me but they are getting few and far between. My brotheren law just bought a house not to long ago and he let a friend move in for a while tell he can find a place and he had some friends in town that are in there late 20s to earlly 30s and my wife asked what they did for a live and my brother en law refered to them as trust fund babies. I will give you my wifes # and you can explain to her that I need a new job and relocate so I can fish more. JK . Its not as bad as it sounds as far as the job I dont actually work alot just the on call thing sucks. I finnally got the trailor finished I will post some pics. I am not sure that I want to sell it I have a serious case of ADHD and while I was working on it every chance I got I loved it but I got it finished and seeings how I live 120 miles from the nearest lake I get bored with it but as soon as the weather warms up and I get to start useing it then I will change my mind and also I am wanting a bigger motor and the price of a 20 horse you can buy a bigger nicer boat. If I had to do it I would drive slow and if anyone had a problem screw them they didnt pay for it. AND THE FISHING WOULD HALF TO BE REALLY GOOD.

It gets hard some times beside the fact that I am an hour and a half from a good lake, I work a job that I am on call 24/7 and day off schedule of 7/2,7/2,7/2,7/3. It is hard especially when we are busy to get enough family time in to get away on the days off to go fishing. I am sure yall are the same, fishing is a big stress releaver and its good after a hard week at work and my wife is pritty supportive. Dont have to ask permition but do talk about it (ahead of time) out of respect for one another. 8-) FisherDave
