I am with you RONDER Id like nothing more than to be off on every holiday but it like you said it that provideing for the family thing and I havent been able to talk the oil companies into shutting down durieng those times. we always celebrate holidays on my day off so its not that big of a deal.

Heay man I know its easyer said then done but dont let the girl put you down so much. He has a plan for you and you might not see it know but its comeing it may take months or even years(in your case it needs to be years) but its comeing and believe me its sooner then you think and baseball your going to have your good days and bad its like fishing some days you go and just bring'em in and other your either drowning bait or practiceing casting but biggest thing is dont let any of it effect your grades man be strong you will get threw this one and the next one and the next one.

First welcome, you have come to the right place I have learned a lot at this site. Second you have a good boat to work with man. I think if you dont do the right thing then it will bite you . I had a friend tht was out on a drilling rig one night and found a wallet beside a trash trailer and opened it and found $1500 in it he said it didnt have a license in but I think it did well he kept it and never said anything and spent the money well a few months later he was looking at a house and went and put a deposite down on the house and it was $1500 and the women disappeared and he never got the deposite back. So I think you get what you diserve.

If you look at mine in some previouse post I did a 14 ft v-hull and I am not going to promise how well it works as far as on the lake but I went to wal-mart and got a 55 liter plastice storage container and turned it into a live well man it lookes good and as far as holding water and recirculating water it looks to be good I will post you a pic. I was worried about getting to much bigger than that but if you have a flat bottom then you might be able to go bigger. Hope I was of some help.

If you look at what I did with my 14 ft what i have done so far it has only cost me about $300 and you want need as much stuff as I did one thing on the trailer be careful because I got a little 15 ft trailer and I am trying to find bearings for the hubs and they are nearlly impossible to find.

one more thing do you have a trailer because if not this thing will get a little heavier once yo start adding stuff to it.

also if you do anything to it you might look at getting you a little bigger motor is that a 17 lbs thrust if so you might get you a 40 lbs or maybe even a 4 or 5 horse gas motor. I wouldnt deck it maybe a floor and make that middle seat a storage and a live well i think i have found the perfect thing for live wells for these boats inexpensive and easy to make.

take a picture of the top side you might be able to do a little to it.

We dont get much snow here and thats not a bad thing considering my job but it would be nice to see a good snow on x-mas

Right now where I am from you cant find a house under a hundred thow. The average house right know is around one fifty and there going all the way to close to a mill. I dont know if any of yall have ever been to West Texas but its not the place you would want to spend that kind of money on a house or atleast not me. Lots of money to be made just not many ways to enjoy it. I am glad I got my house before the oil industry started up I just wished I could find a good plce to move.

On a reply to CATT it doesnt matter how many houses they sell if everyone of them are forclosed on then they were only taken out of the contractors hands this just means that people are spending way more than they can afford I am pritty sure that puts you in a houseing slump. the foreclosure rate is astrinomical right know all over.

Well I cant comlian to much as long as the oil is up then that means that I have a job. But gas is at 2.90 here in west Texas and that just went up afew days ago 10 or 15 cents in one day.

As of right know I got a 7.5hp gas motor for it I am looking for bigger one but no such luck. The next step is to get seats for it and carpet it. But first I am going to take it to the lake and test it out to see if I add to much wieght to it so I dont carpet it then half to rip it out. Thanks for the replies and I will keep you posted. By the way I will take A pic with all the hatches open so you can see all the storage and live well but the livewell is built in not the ice chest type I mite go with that later I am going to see if this works first. I bought a plastic pale a wally world and turned it into a live well. Iwill post that picture later today.

I have a 7.5 game fisher that runs great. I would problly be interested in selling it depinding on wether I get this other motor pm me if you might be enterested. Like I said the motor runs great I am just trieing to get a 20 hp from a friend.

I dont have enough facts and understanding of the subject to say yes or no on the belief of bigfoot but that picture sure is odd I dont think I have ever seen anything like that before. But I do agree with Glenn theres no reason why there couldnt be something in the woods that no one has cold hard facts about but if I do ever see something of that nature in person I dont think I am going to hang around long enough to believe myself if I make it out.
