Logger We fish from float tubes. That lake is great. We used to camp right there by the lake, I have caught bluegill there on tube jigs the size of dinner plates. To bad about your boat, can you fix something like that.

Paragon where do you head to when you come north?

ballistick I live in troy. I fish alot of the state parks in northern OC, we do real well from float tubes fishing the places most won't or can't go. I must confess I've been crappie fishing (wink) myself.

I can't wait. I think I may have worn out my welcome in my own house. Time to get out. I think I will stay colse to home ( Oakland Co. ) for awhile, but I venture up your way a couple times a year. hey logger good luck.

Hey everyone should chaeck this out. I started using it this year so I dont have alot of data,however it will lay out charst and graphs of your outings based on patterns and everything. And it is all free. Take some time and check out some of the samples. You can also post (or not your catches to the net. It will auto. e-mail your fishing partners as well. It is really cool

I still use mine, It has been abused and mistreated for a decade now and sill going strong. I also have upgraded to a new Revo, but my Black Max is the reel that made me a die hard Abu guy.

There was still ice on portions of the lake near the marina,closer to the 696 end. It was a crazy thing seeing those fish surfacing, most of them good size.

Fish were feeding on the surface on sat. at Kensington on Sat. if you can belaive that. We were on the bank caught two 3 lbers on a rat l trap, my buddy lost a couple real big ones. The fish were jumping all over in one of the many small coves on the lake. It was a great start to the season, and I got to break in my new Revo.

You are going to love that reel, I love mine.

I like to throw rattle traps this time of year. I've already taken a few on 1/4 oz shad colored. I also have had some luck with white tube jigs. Good luck

I used my new revo s for the first time yesterday on a few ice-out bass. I love it.

we always fished in the marsh by the boat launch side. we fished out of floattubes. lots of really nice largemouths. This is my first post, nice to have somthing that i can share.
