Im not big on most of the new country and i agree that rascal flatts and bands like them are sorta pop, ive heard them on a pop station before.I like the older stuff like waylon and cash and i still love montgomery gentry and brooks and dunn.

i havent used the max series, i looked for some reviews and this is all i could find http://www.walmart.com/catalog/product.do?product_id=6395951#reviews i recently purchased the revo s from BPS its only 50 bucks more and its a really good reel, im not sure what ure budget is but if you saved a little more money im sure it would be a good investment. im curious to see the reviews on this series im gonna keep looking il let you know if i find anything else
