Casting so hard that the end half of my rod flies off into the water Trying to cast only to realize i havent released the line and watching it tangle up around the end of my pole gettin caught on a big log and yellin oh i got one! and steadily reeling in while my friend is cheering me on and the hikers behind me have stopped to watch me reel in this massive trophy sized fished only to see that it is a log. lining my pole and tying on a crankbait but not running it through the holes on my pole standing on a ledge over the lake and staring out at the water and getting dizzy and falling in the lake. hitting my buddy in the face while casting

What other things do you like to do in your free time?For me its either basketball or the occasional football game with the buddies.Goin to a texas ranger game just to watch them lose or goin to a cowboy or maverick game to watch them win . Playin madden 08 for $$ or just drinkin a beer and shootin the *%@$

Thats a huge eye opener. When i dont have a boat and i go to the lake i hike about a mile to get to the spot my buddy and I found and i never once thought of snakes or anything. I mean there is some FREAKY lookin spiders along the way that you have to watch out for but snakes never crossed my mind. I will be ALOT more carefull next time i go on that hike. Thanks for the heads up

Im not trying to insult your intelligence but have you checked to see if your pop up blocker is on? I've had it suddenly turn off before and not know how or why i was getting pop up windows and then i checked and it was off. Good luck

I have a revo s, and yes it is tiny but dont let its size fool you.That thing is a monster. it casts a mile too ;D.I recommend it

Alot of my friends use the BPS rod/reel combos and i havent heard a complaint yet.Ive never bought a rod or reel from cabelas so im not sure.Im sure the other guys will let you know once they log in though.

BPS has THE best customer service compared to any store ive been to in years, they did replace the whole reel and apologized for me havin to come back up there.Although the guy that gave me the new reel wasnt very friendly.Everyone has their bad days so its ok.

It seems most have forgotten what christmas is all about, i remember when i was younger it was presents presents and more presents but now that i am older i could careless what i get as long as im surrounded by good family and friends. a nice rod wouldnt hurt though ;D.

ok i bought a new reel at BPS not too long ago and i was out fishing today and when i casted it out there the knob you turn to adjust the brake flew off in the the water to never be seen again.Any suggestions as to what to do? can i take it back to bps and get another or do i have to send it in to abu garcia? Or can i order the part?

workin at a job you dislike for such a long time can be bad becuase it affects your mood which effects friends, family etc.Its probly for the best that you dont work there anymore. Going back to school is the best thing you can do, its never too late to learn.Good luck with whatever decisions you make and i wish the best for you.

Yea my brother got in a wreck 2 years ago on my other brothers birthday and it nearly killed him, he spent months in the hospital and when he got out spent months in a wheelchair and in casts.I stayed with him for almost 3 months and helped him with everyday things since he couldnt walk, after seeing that and all the heartache it caused on the family i hope no one does drink and drive, some people think im ok to make it from here to here real quick and thats all it took for him, a pack of cigarettes and some gas 10 minutes max.My uncle was also killed by a drunk driver and left behind 2 beautiful daughters and a loving wife.So if your ever thinking of doing it,DONT.
