greetings matt fly and little minnow my name is jake. It looks like we need to hook up and the 3 of us do some fishin'. The few times ive been to EM havent been rewarding to me for certain reasons but from what i hear its not a bad lake to fish. i would like to take a day and try it out full throttle. Im new to bass fishing so i havent been to any of the lakes you guys talk about, due to work i tend to fish the lakes that surround me...anyways, let me know what you guys think

brand new abu garcia revo s baitcast and a spinning combo from bps

I know about all the different kinds of tackle but i dont know when to use which, what conditions to use worms or what conditions to use spinnerbait or when to use crankbaits etc. etc. if someone could enlighten me on how you know to use a certain bait that would be greatly appreciated.

ive been here in this forum for maybe 2 weeks .Its not possible to name just one thing ive learned and who i learned it from.Its a combination of reading topics and replies to them and then going to the lake and tryin them for myself as well as asking questions and having excellent feedback.Cant wait to learn tons more, thanks guys ;D

i dont have any kids yet (thank god) or a wife (thank god) but my female friends always ask to go but they dont do anything they just talk so after the third time of taking them with me and my buddy i banned them from coming becuase they always ask to leave right when we get in the middle of the lake and then make a big deal when we stay a long time. If i could find a woman that loves to fish it would make me a very happy man.

the bionic blade was part of the combo i bought, i want to upgrade and stay around the 100$ dollar mark. is it worth upgrading only 40 more bucks or should i wait and get more money? and if so any suggestions? oh yea. baitcast and an all around rod

this happened to me yesterday morning, i fished for a few hours and it seemed fine and towards the end of the day around 4 when i would reel in it felt like something was grinding when i turned the handle. i dont know if it needs to be lubed or oiled or if its just a bad reel im not sure, but i havent even had my Revo S a month and that worries me.......if it continues i will be returning it for the citica combo

Its my second day usin my new baitcaster and it hasnt been as much trouble as expected. i tried to cast a light rat-l-trap on it and it backlashed bigtime and ended up with a HUGE knot it in. now that i have a spinning and baitcast rig i think il use my spinning rig for light and baitcast for heavy like it was suggested to me

SON OF A &*^%$&, i bought my new reel from bps becuase the internet thing doesnt seem to work right with them. im on bps.com and i look at my reel and see that it is a combo that comes with a bionic blade rod, well when i bought it i remember it having the combo sticker but i never got a rod becuase i forgot about it!!!!!!! do you guys think that i could somehow get the rod still?
