  8. Beautiful pics . WOW. Call me whatever you'd like but im a sucker for nice scenery
  9. tipptruck1 buy the boat you feel comfortable with. Price really is never an issue compared to happiness. Life is way to short for money to stand in the way. Go online and look at maintenance requirements for each boat you plan to buy. If this is the boat you plan on retiring with then dont let cash get in your way. If you plan to sell it in a few years only then would i let pricing get in the way of the smile on your face at the end of the day
  10. Crazy vid. goes to show that boats are fun but can be very dangerous
  11. friend of mine has the 2nd one only its longer and a 2 seater. We take that when we want to get in tight areas a boat just cant get. We catch a lot on our outings. My only suggestion to you would be to rig a drop anchor for the front and back because it is very difficult to keep the boat still while reeling in a decent sized fish
  12. B...E...A...UTIFUL
  13. Is that a steering column u set up? ( the little lever on the left(right in the pic) of the seat? If so can u post a detailed pic on how u did that?
  14. you guys rock! Thanks for sharing
  15. what a beauty Wish i could catch one half that size
  16. thought there would be greater interest in this Needs a little TLC but its a great little jon for someone who has nothing
  17. VERY boney hardly worth the time to clean/cook them

  19. was just taking a look on craiglist in the NJ area and stumbled on this 9' aluminum jon boat - width 40" at bottom 48" at gunnels - great for bay, ponds, streams - perfect for kids - can use small motor - in fine condition - could use paint - many dents but no leaks - can test in water at site $105.00 http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/boa/585255740.html
  20. To me sponsorship is something that needs to be earned, not asked for. I wouldn't even consider requesting sponsorship unless i knew 100% i could produce on the water. Would i like to be sponsored? Sure. But that doesnt excuse the fact that i have NO business experience and certainly I am not KVD material.
  21. As stated before get a charger with an auto cutoff. My father has one that i will be using to charge my batter
  22. What a sad way to go. On the top of his game. I never knew him or of him until i just read those articles on him. God truly had a plan for him way beyond anything anyone could imagine. He lived out a dream before his death and to me that is a wonderful way to live life. goes to show that life is way to short not to take a chance.
  23. Where are you fishing exactly? What a beautiful background that is. Beer on a boat is bad news. Hope you were careful
  24. So where will everyone from the northeast pa are be headed the first day of trout? I know I will be at Lackawanna State Park on the first day from about 7AM (starts at 8) until around 7PM. Minnows, powerbait and night crawlers will be in my arsenal
