They have released some of their software upgrades for the new year. Not all model upgrades are out yet. These are just the ones they have finished. So go log on a get your new color schemes and new features,then sit and wait for the ice to melt off your lake. > ;D ;D

Yes it did. That's why we were so disappointed with Saturdays game. I feel we have a better team, just couldn't pull it together in the end.

Ok. I guess I have calmed down a little from the loss. At least we did make it to the playoffs. Something they do not usually do. We had a good season with some exciting games. Can't wait to see what next season brings. Hopefully another playoff game. Or maybe 2.

I can not speak about the Lowrance because I have never used one. I have the Humminbird 997 and it is great and easy to read and use. Either in 2D or Side scan it is an awesome tool. Now I think both companies come out with down-scan also. I know it is loaded on the newer HB's,but I have to upgrade my software for this feature this month when its available. This is true. I am glad they turned around from last years 4-11,and they made the playoffs. How could you not play better though? They just played them last week. I guess the Jets just wanted it a lot more than we did.

Well for some strange reason I decided to buy my playoff tickets for the Bengals game. So here is how much money I wasted today instead of placing another order from Tackle Warehouse. Ticket $110 Parking $17 Hamburger,Pretzel,& Mt. Dew in a plastic Bengals cup $17.25 Throw in $5 or $10 for gas. So to sum it up........ I paid about $150 to sit in 11 degree weather, freeze my #$$ off, and my team played bad enough to lose to a highschool team. I am so mad at myself. What a waste of time,energy, & tackle that i could have had. > :( >

Going to Guntersville in 3 weeks. It should be time for some lip less cranks. I know a lot of fish will slap at the bait this time of year. Do you guys think the stock hooks are sufficient? If not, What brand and size would you put on to increase hook ups?

I fish a 55 acre lake that is loaded with crappie,blue gill and big bass. I have never tried to fish a swim bait. I would think one would work great here. My questions are 1.What brand has worked best for you guys? 2.What size? 3.I'm thinking a blue gill swim bait would work best, but is there a certain time of year that would work better? Thanks in advance.
