True Grit
3:10 to Yuma Great movie. There are two versions of 3:10 to Yuma, both are good in their own way. Open Range was good also, Costner & Duvall

Best MultiTool/ Pliers
I like being able to open a blade with one hand w/o opening the handles. I keep one in my kayak,Jeep, and on my belt. Just in case

Best MultiTool/ Pliers
Yeah, I've been using the nylon ones, velcro wears out, but they're cheap and last longer than the leather ones. Can't deal with the snap on them anyway.

Best MultiTool/ Pliers
I carry the Leatherman Wave everywhere. Easy one hand opening, file saw, etc. + a good pair of scissors. Only problem is I lost the little eyeglass screwdriver, but no biggie, I don't wear glasses

When will a lady angler haver her own fishing show?
Just realized I answered that question a page ago, must be an old thread. ;D

When will a lady angler haver her own fishing show?
That was Bobber Anne and the old man. Good show, the lady seem to know her stuff, and wasn't full of herself. The old guy seemed like a grouch, always hoped he'd fall in and have to ask her for help. I think there would be a good market for that show, don't know what happened to it, cable removed that channel.

Braid or Floro?
I too live in the Northeast with the same lilypads/weeds. I love to fish those areas, I had good luck with Powerpro braid. For finesse fishing in clear(er) water I use Cabela's or BPS floro, while braid floats, floro sinks. Good to have both.

Braid or Floro?
Very true, I usually don't tie on a floro leader. I find it best to have a rod (or 2-3) set with just floro. One less knot, and sinking line is an advantage in certain applications. I have found Cabela's, and BPS's, floro pretty managable even in colder temps. Don't know who makes their line for them, might even be the same co.

Help Me Choose My Next Dog
I had a Brittany for 17 years. Did get cockaburs in his hair at times. Great hunting dog, even better friend. He could catch a trout in his mouth and drop him at my feet to tell me "fishing ain't no big deal. Never regretted having him, think about him almost every day. Crossed the rainbow bridge 20 years ago.

Best knot for attaching a leader to braid
I fly fish also, so I have used the blood knot. but for me the Albright is easier and works well. Never had either fail.

DICKS SPORTING GOODS!!
Just funnin with ya. I think places that do this more than make up for it with customer loyalty. Cabelas is very good at this too.. No need to go to confession, you are forgiven my son
