  1. Not sure if this one was covered yet........STRADIC
  2. Huddlston just came out with a 6" swimbait coming in at 2oz, ROF in 5 and 12 (rate of fall-feet per 10 sec's) and in a half a dozen patterns. ABT waigtail soft series 6" and also 2oz. ROF 1 sec per foot. Other optoins are Matt Lures, Poor boys-Silly Rabbit and Bunny and Osprey swimbaits all great! Myself.......I can't wait for the new 6" Hudd's to get here !!!!!!
  3. I was just wondering if this is just marketing 101 or actually time tested? Residing in the north and things locked up tight haven't had a chance to test them for myself.
  4. The only thing that sucks about them is each of them can only catch one fish. After each fish the thing was torn up too bad to re-rig and swim right.
  5. Of course you have, we northerner's always have to wait a few years to get you Cal guys to give up all the good secrets! Thanks it was worth the wait!
  6. Yeah Jimzee that's the way I used them the first year as well, numbers and size went way up once I removed the lead wieghts they're rig it w/ and replaced them with the 1/8 to 3/16 oz Pro-spot remover. Lots of hours spent experimenting in the tub and doggie pool. ;D Tried Mad-man,Berkley,yum yet none of them worked quite like the bug. It's so balanced it almost rights itself and lands in the stand-up defense positon 80 out of 100 times where the others failed. If it does lay on it's side a quick twich of the rod tip corrects it. Though for some reason or another I noticed during the hot months it seems to produce better rigged thier way then mine, maybe it's due to the slower rate of fall?

Nice looking paint job! I see you prefer to dip vs. airbrush. Just starting into custom paint jobs and thought airbrush was the way to go though after seeing the outcome of dipping not so sure anymore. Again nice work!
  8. I just started fishing these 2 years ago. The Huddle-bug weighs 1/8 oz and is 2 3/4" long. First year with limited success and confidence fishing it the way that's recommended. Last year did some modifications and absolutely crushed-em on it and built up enough confidence with this rigging technique to have one tied on every tournament and every outting. They come in 10 different colors yet I stick to 4 colors: Blck/blue, Green/purple,Brown/purple and White which works wonders on bedding fish. Haven't been posting long enough to have permission to put up th link to the site but here's a few pic's of the bait and a few of the way I've been rigging it. Wondering if anyone else out there uses them and how you rig it or fish it?
  9. PM me and I'll give you the contact info in MA. Guy keeps his stuff in great shape. 95 Nitro 180TF with a 115hp Mercury. 24 volt Motorguide with 67 lbs of thrust. Eagle Fishmark480 at the bow, and a Garmin 240 at the wheel. All pumps & livewells work. Delco Voyager batteries, (2) M30's for the trolling motor, and a Voyager cranking. This boat rides very well, and runs great. Has normal wear & tear for 12 years old, meaning scratches, worn carpet, etc. Always garaged, and still looks very good. Comes with custom Nitro cover as well. Great first boat at this price. Asking $4900. Sorry about the crappy picture, believe me this picture does the boat no justice.
  10. Long Pond in Harwich It's my favorite place, other then Umbagog! Loaded with LM & SM go beforeMemorial day and after Labor day. Less boat traffic and no fee. Yet it's worth even payong the ramp fee. Bags of 20lbs or more on 5 fish and a regular outing of 12 to 15 lbs plus on 5 fish would be expected. last August got 2 back to back Smallies 4.14 and 4.11 topwater heaven!
  11. Does breaking though ice with your net and push-pole to put the boat in count? ;D Two weeks ago it was great just to get out!
