  1. That wouldn't preclude it from other applications, making the reel more cost effective.
  2. Are you asking about features or are you worried about what someone else does with their money?
  3. Flioger made a few reels based off that platform as well.
  4. It starts with inaccurate, then carving occurs. Usually carving involves using some parameter to enhance desired representations.
  5. I'm thinking Gitzits have to be almost 50 years old now. I haven't fished a tube in at least 10 years. Still have a few packs of them.
  6. Daiwa Procasters from that era had a flip top hood. That might help you get closer since back then BPS reels invariably rebranded reels from established makers.
  7. That dataset presents all sorts of problems. Manipulation to suit an agenda not the least.
  8. We're getting a half foot or so tomorrow night.
  9. Pick the shallow ones. Just sayin'.
  10. Drive home tonight through a whiteout.
  11. Because you didn't catch it!
  12. Take a swig of Pepto-Bismol and worry about yourself. lol.

  16. @JediAmoeba our hobby backgrounds have a ton of overlap. I used to be in a club that raced T-Jets exclusively.
  17. Start that up and you'll get even more people sending you reels. Ask me how I know, lol.
  18. Cafeteria trays, huh? That's a good idea. I've been breaking them down and putting subassemblies into a muffin pan. Seems the try might contain things better until they end up in the muffin pan. Btw, if you have to stop mid stream, plastic wrap the muffin pan and parts can't jump out.
  19. Humidity doesn't really get to me until around 90 F. Don't get me wrong, I like a dry, sunny, 75 F day like anyone one, but I can tolerate the heat AND the humidity.
  20. This is an interesting question that I don't recall ever being asked in the 15+ years I've been on here. As for the answer, I'll defer, lol. All I know is look for well defined seams where muddy meets clear, if possible.
  21. Four score and 16 years ago... The lone punctuation, a comma, made me laugh at this zombie thread.
  22. Hot. It's easy for me to cool off, but impossible to warm up. Some are completely the opposite, like my wife. She's a human furnace.
  23. Asked and answered already
