Great looking jig. I use the Skinny Bear jigs and they are great. But the older ones were much better when they were made with thin fine rubber. Wish I could find those again

What is the best way to keep rust off hooks? I use plano boxes and try to dry them before I put them away.

Steve I know some about the river but hope to learn more by fishing as a co. Thinking about fishing as a boater?

I have registered as a non boater and put on the waiting list but was told if I find a boater that has not already registered that we can both be guarenteed entry. Any boaters want to register? Also anyone want to share a room if I/we get in?

I have a few. They are small cranks I think made or model for Rick Clunn. About the size of a Norman Deep Tiny N. Expensive lures if I remember correct $15 a piece.

Thanks roadwarrior. I am going to take the plunge on one or the other set. One set is cheaper than the other one but both are Guideware Gortex brand. I tried calling but they did not know the differences between the two either.

roadwarrior: Thakns for the link but that pic is the same one that is in the Bargain Cave. The other one is diagonal to it. The black chest part dosen't seem as big on the other coat plus it is cheaper too.

Dose anyone have/fish with a Sol or Tierra model 2500?How does the Sol/Tierra compare with the Stradic? Does the lower gear ratio(4.7 in Sol) make a big difference vs the Stradic(6.0)? I like that the Daiwas have a bigger spool. This reel will be used on a IMX 783 for the wife. I posted a few days ago about putting a Stradic on ithe IMX but I may keep the reel and get her another one. Just looking for opinions.
