I have added more tungsten jigs to my site. I am working on adding more non lead products do to some state regulations. I also have Mega Strike lead free jigs.

I use the Lews tournement 7.1. I dont fish a jig with the reel I fish it with the rod. I need the higher speed to pick up line or catch up to a fish.

I agree with this 100%. If you pull the jig through structure cautiously you will loose a whole lot less of them. Catt explains it perfectly.

My personal favorite is the Brush head design. It is my first choice. With that said I will never knock the arky design it is a proven jig head that has been around for ever. The biggest difference besides the heads is that the Mata jig is a mix of silicone and rubber. Basically I take a Grid Iron jig and add about 20 strands of rubber to it. Like Senile said above. I would probably go Brush and Football. Use the Brush for pretty much all that you said and then drag a football head.
