  2. Hello and Welcome to Bass Resource ~ btw - how long does it take to get that little lake on Fantasy Island ? A-Jay
  3. Very nice. btw - the Accu-Cull Digital Scale is also equipped with a built-in 38" Tape Measure which comes in very handy if you want to also record length & girth. A-Jay
  4. While I'll agree that KVD has certainly cemented his position squarely in the Legend category, being bigger than the sport is debatable. The fact that this thread was even started may support that posture. A-Jay
  5. Do you have a routine game plan or do you just "Wing It" ? A routine game plan ? No. If there is any hope of continued success, the vast number of bass fishing variables completely preclude anything routine. Now establishing a Pattern is different and often fleeting. As for winging it ~ if your definition of winging it is to invent a way to deal with a situation you are not prepared for, to improvise; then my answer would be Yes, I definitely do that. Hopefully not every trip but it's something that I'm proud of being able to do and has resulted in many of my most satisfying & memorable days on the water. A-Jay
  6. KVD had a decent Day two - The Zen Master struggled a little. A-Jay

And Still, you guys are making it happen. Congrats. And I'm certain that although the trailer repair may cut into your fishing time, you're very glad you found it before the catastrophic highway speed failure. A-Jay
  11. Great Work Jeff ~ I'm sure that took some time & effort to get right but should pay off. Do you think you'd be interested is doing a couple of the lake over my way for me ? I'll pay for the chip & lunch . . . A-Jay
  12. It's off the production line and should be at the dealer any day now. There will still be a week or so on top of that as I'm having the dealer do all the "rigging", and there's quite a bit. Still, I'm trying to be patient but seeing a killer rig like yours Is Not HELPING ! Coincidentally, once I'm rigged & ready (and able to post a few pics) you're going to notice quite a few similarities. From the TM, the electronics & even down to the same color Coolfoot. A-Jay
  13. Man, that's a full day. Since you've endured a couple of years worth of Bad JuJu all at once, perhaps you're due for some good karma. Hang in there A-Jay

  20. Becoming a proficient caster is at least a two step process. Reading & Posting & watching Video are all good things and a necessary part of the first step. The second step is to get out on the water (or any appropriate space) and cast, and cast & cast some more. There's no replacement for step two, no short cut and there is definitely no secret to it. The "I've got it" moment happens differently for everyone and can be described a hundred different ways. You'll get it when you get it. Just keep casting. A-Jay
  21. It's making me Even More Impatient . . . . like that's possible. A-Jay
