  6. Well if the owner says so, then it should be totally OK ~ You're kidding right ? At some point in this process there has to be a time when you realize that some humans are occasionally less than completely truthful. Unless you plan on using the boat in saltwater as well, is there really any reason to go down that road ? I'm going to say no on that one. A-Jay
  7. Hello and Welcome to Bass Resource ~ It's often tough to find one rod that can do it all ~ Gary Dobyns makes a nice stick and that one is very good at what it's designed for. A-Jay
  8. Why yes - Sargent Shultz was sitting on it - though he did claim to "Know Nothing" A-Jay
  9. Although I'm not speaking from experience here but a gaff like worm hook through the tongue, a Gamakatsu puncturing the eye socket or a face full of treble hooks would all seem to cause sufficient trauma to cause any bass to tense up - at least a little. A-Jay
  10. The OP hasn't been on the BR forums since last July - a response may not be forth coming. A-Jay

The best time of the day to mow is late in the day or during the evening. The fact is that mowing damages the plant and it will take a day or two for the grass to fully recover. Mowing in the evening provides about 12 hours of respite for the grass from the sun. Mowing in the morning means that the stressed grass will be subjected to the sun much quicker and if there is morning dew on the lawn the grass will be cheated from the rejuvenating effects of the moisture because mowing will hasten evaporation. In short, the best time to mow the grass is when it needs it – keeping in mind the 1/3 rule and one should mow in the evenings to reduce stress on the grass. A-Jay

  18. Yes ~ It's perfectly common place for those you routinely live criminal, felonious, illegitimate, illicit, lawless, unlawful, & wrongful type lives. For the rest of us, who strive to live decent, good, honest, honorable, just, moral, right, righteous, right-minded, straight, true, & virtuous type lives, then the answer there would clearly be no. Sadly, the numbers of us in the above group seem to be dwindling at an alarming rate with each new generation. A-Jay
  19. X2 ~ I'd recommend finding a different place to fish. Something off the beaten (or gang member & main squeeze) path. A-Jay
